{"id":4445,"date":"2024-08-22T10:46:59","date_gmt":"2024-08-22T02:46:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pdp.gov.my\/ppdpv1\/?p=4445"},"modified":"2024-09-18T11:20:32","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T03:20:32","slug":"enforcement-activities-against-unregistered-data-users-under-section-164-of-act-709","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pdp.gov.my\/ppdpv1\/en\/enforcement-activities-against-unregistered-data-users-under-section-164-of-act-709\/","title":{"rendered":"Enforcement Activities Against Unregistered Data Users Under Section 16(4) of Act 709"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e469dacfaf50f91d15817f1ab77ac1f3\">ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES AGAINST UNREGISTERED DATA USERS UNDER SECTION 16(4) OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Enforcement Team of the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (PDP) held an Enforcement Activity against Unregistered Data Users for the Health Group under Section 16(4) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709] on 22 August 2024 in Sungai Nibong, Penang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enforcement activities are carried out by checking the data user registration certificate as well as checking the personal data storage space by the PDP enforcement team.
