CLIENT'S CHARTER

1. To serve the customer within 15 minutes after receiving their registration number.

2. To submit an acknowledgment within -

  (i) 15 minutes for applications received at the counter
  (ii) three (3) working days for application by mail

3. To Issue Certificate of Registration Data Users within seven (7) working days upon receipt of payment.

4. To respond to customers’ complaints as follows:

  (i) To acknowledge within one (1) working day;
  (ii) To give initial response within three (3) working days.
