- To serve the customer within 15 minutes after receiving their registration number.
- To submit an acknowledgment within – (i) 15 minutes for applications received at the counter (ii) three (3) working days for application by mail
- To Issue Certificate of Registration Data Users within seven (7) working days upon receipt of payment.
• Acknowledgement of receipt within 1 working day;
• Initial feedback within 3 working days.
