APPLICATION FOR REGSTRATION
Section 15. Application for registration
- A person who is in a class of data users specified in an order made under subsection 14 (1) shall submit an application for registration to the Commissioner manner and in a form determined by the Commissioner.
- Every application for registration shall be accompanied by the prescribed registration fee and such documents as may be required by the Commissioner.
- The Commissioner may, in writing at any time after receiving the application and before the application is determined, require the applicant to provide any documents or information Additionally, within the time specified by the Commissioner.
- If the requirements under subsection (3) are not complied with, the application for registration shall be deemed to have been withdrawn by the applicant and can not be continued by the Commissioner, but without prejudice to a fresh application made by the applicant.
