SUBMISSION OF REFISTRATION
Section 19. Transfer of certificate of registration
- Where a certificate of registration revoked pursuant to section 18, the holder of the certificate shall, in within seven days from the date of service of the notice of revocation of registration, submit the certificate to the Commissioner.
- A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offense and shall, on conviction, a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years atau or both.
Section 20. List of User Data
- The Commissioner shall maintain a list of User Data in accordance with section 128.
- Data User List shall contain the names that have been registered user data according to this Division and any other particulars regarding the user data as determined by the Commissioner.
