REGISTRATION FEE
- Each new registration application and renewal of registration certificate shall be accompanied with the fee prescribed in the table below:

- The fee rate is based on the organization’s type of business and the validity period of the registration certificate, ranging between one (1) to two (2) years, as selected by the applicant.
- Payment of the registration fee must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the registration confirmation notification email.
- Payment shall be made electronically via the Sistem Perlindungan Data Peribadi (SPDP) at the following link: https://daftar.pdp.gov.my/.
- The registration certificate will be automatically generated in SPDP once the fee payment has been completed.
- A renewal reminder will be sent via registered email to the relevant Data Controller three (3) months prior to the expiry date of the registration certificate.
