This circular aims to ensure the Data User Group as detailed in the Personal Data Protection (Data User Group) Order 2013 [P.U.(A) 336] and the Personal Data Protection (Data User Group) Order (Amendment) 2016 [P.U.(A) 326 ] have a valid registration certificate as a Data User by making an application for registration in accordance with Section 15 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709] or renewal of the registration certificate in accordance with Section 17 of Act 709.
